Another vote “Yeah!” for Brown’s Camping in Jonesboro GA, just south of Atlanta. We don’t even have an Open Road and didn’t buy our Carriage Cameo from them, but have had nothing but professional service from them. I agree about Brown’s RV. He is a class person. I didn’t buy from them, but I was in need of a fifth wheel hitch in an emergency, just something to get me home. He had on without rails, used. I didn’t need rails. A $100.00 later I left. That was 4 years ago, and I’m still using that same hitch – Taken from a post on RV.Net

Mr. Jim Brown, Please except my thanks for an outstanding job not only in sales, but in customer relations and service! I could not have expected any better relationship with an RV dealer. After purchase of a Sportsman trailer, we discovered that it had a significant leak in the roof! Having a previous experience with something similar, I determined that I did not want to own the trailer. When I called to express my concern, and to ask that the trailer be taken back or traded, I expected your staff to refuse. They did not. Tom was gracious, direct and courteous with me. When we arrived back at your dealership. I was uncertain about the reception we would encounter. Most dealers would be hesitant to exchange a purchase when 30 days had elapsed after purchase. Your staff was entirely gracious: you took personal interest and a “hands on” approach to our problems, and expressed a warm spirit in doing so. As I said when I left that day: “I’ve made a new friend.” This could have been a very difficult and costly experience for my wife and I.
